Iko! Iko! The Ragin’ Cajun just took Mac & Cheese to the next level. This creamy mac and cheese has a Cajun kick with southern spices, nutmeg, and spicy Andouille sausage. Jock-a-mo fee-no ai na-né! Served with sweet and refreshing ballad of seasonal fresh fruit.
This dish is headed for the RK Hall of Fame. We start with large Roma tomatoes and stuff them with a delicious mix of Portobello mushrooms and goat cheese – all topped with grated parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, capers and finally drizzled with balsamic cream. Our Righteous Greek pasta salad is a perfectly tuned accompaniment to this meal. Each serving is 3 tomatoes.
